Step 1: Schedule Your New Patient Appointment
- Contact us to schedule your New Patient HRT appointment.
- A $199 New Patient Fee is required at the time of scheduling.
Step 2: Complete Your Paperwork
- Fill out the necessary new patient paperwork.
- Set up your secure patient portal. This is where you can:
- Direct message our wellness team
- Review lab results
- Access helpful resources
Step 3: Get Your Lab Work Done
Choose one of the following options:
- IVitality Location: Get your blood drawn at one of our clinics and enjoy 50% off an IV therapy or nutrient shot boost!
- LabCorp Location: Visit a LabCorp facility for your blood draw.
Step 4: Meet with Your Provider
- In-Person Appointment: Have your new patient appointment with your provider at one of our IVitality locations (Bellingham, Issaquah, or Bellevue).
- Telemedicine Appointment: If you prefer a virtual appointment, we offer Telemedicine visits via Zoom through your patient portal.
Please note: Telemedicine appointments require an additional $100 fee for biometrics testing at a LabCorp location (due to regulations) and you’ll need to provide your driver’s license information during the appointment.
