We’re grateful you’ve selected IVitality as your wellness partner. This guide details our approach, practices, and what you can expect from your treatment subscription. Our team, including board-certified naturopathic doctors and specialized nurses, is dedicated to providing customized health services.

Navigating Insurance:

Our financial structure is designed to make treatments accessible, despite the limitations imposed by insurance companies on what they consider ‘medically necessary.’

Understanding Fees and Subscriptions:

  • When you start our HRT services, our pharmacy requires us to order two months of medication at a time, but you are billed monthly. For example, if you begin in January, you’ll receive medications for January and February, but pay each month. If you cancel before a new two-month order is placed, you won’t be charged for it. However, if you cancel during these two months, you must pay any remaining balance for the medications already dispensed.
  • All sales are final; no returns on medications, services, or subscriptions.
  • A payment card on file is required for HRT treatments and scheduling IV therapy.
  • Monthly subscriptions cover medications, lab work (every 3-4 months), and consultations.
  • No refunds or credits for missed appointments or incomplete lab work.
  • Accepted Forms of Payment: Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and HSA/FSA.
  • Treatment subscriptions cannot be paused or skipped.
  • A $199 restart fee is applicable if a treatment subscription is canceled.

Fast and Reliable Deliveries

We’ve partnered with a pharmacy for direct shipping, eliminating delays and ensuring your medications and prescriptions arrive conveniently at your doorstep.
*All medications are now shipped directly from the pharmacy, possibly in multiple packages based on your treatment plan. In April 2024, expect separate deliveries for Injection Supplies and Testosterone. 

Treatment Subscription Cancellation:

Email cancel@ivitalitylife.com 48 hours before your auto-charge date for penalty-free cancellation.

Appointments and Medications:

  • A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations to avoid fees.
  • Medication outcomes can vary
  • It’s crucial to refill prescriptions in advance (no less than 7 business days before the medication is needed) to avoid disruptions.

Lab Work:

Patients are responsible for completing prescribed lab work every 3-4 months at any LabCorp location or IVitality clinics.
