- Faster and More Reliable Deliveries: We’ve partnered with a pharmacy for direct shipping, eliminating delays and ensuring your medications and prescriptions arrive conveniently at your doorstep.
*All Shipments will now be sent directly from the pharmacy. Your medication may be sent in multiple boxes from different pharmacies depending on the treatment plan provided by your physician.
*For April you may receive one package with an Injection Supply and your other medications that do not include your Testosterone. - Effortless Billing Management: Update your billing information with ease through our user-friendly app or patient portal: access the Patient Portal.
*Our billing manager will be reaching out to all patients on treatment to update the card on file. If you received a text message please respond or give us a call back at the office to get your card information updated to avoid any delays in shipments.
*You are also able to update your card on file and shipping address by logging into your patient portal. We can send you a questionnaire that allows you to update this information digitally.
